Cuisinart Waffle Maker

Since the 70s, Cuisinart has led the kitchen appliance market with their top-shelf products. They produce high-functioning kitchen gadgets that deliver everything they promise and give your kitchen a professional look.

Their waffle makers are no exception.

The Cuisine Art brand offers high-quality waffle makers that produce delicious, golden, crispy waffles. The waffle makers they manufacture have quick and easy features to create some of the fluffiest and tastiest waffles you have ever made.

In this article, we’ll look at two different waffle makers produced by Cuisinart. The first model we will discuss is the Cuisinart WAF-F20. The Cuisinart WAF-F20 is one of the companies higher priced and higher tech models. The next model we will address is the Cuisinart Round Classic Waffle Maker. The Cuisinart Round Classic Waffle Maker is one of their more affordable models.

If you are looking to step up your breakfast making game, Cuisinart has you covered with their selection of great waffle makers.

The Cuisinart WAF-F20 Waffle Maker is a stainless steel, professional grade based, double waffle maker used to create tasty, delicate waffles. The product is designed to follow the same design as professional grade quality waffle makers on the market today.

What makes the Cuisinart WAF-F20 so special?

This 1400-watt waffle maker cooks two waffles at once, so it makes cooking breakfast quick and easy. The device emits a beep letting you know that it is ready to cook and it also beeps letting you know your fluffy, delicious waffles are ready.

There are separate LED lights on the top and the bottom of the maker to let you know when the waffles are done cooking. The red light lets you know the waffle is still cooking and the green lets you know it is finished.

The product comes with an adjustable control that lets you pick how dark and crunchy you want your waffles to be. The product comes with six adjustable settings from light to dark, so everyone can have their waffles exactly how they want it.

The cool-touch wide handle allows for a secure grip with no danger of burning your hands. The nonstick interior makes sure that your waffles slide out of the maker without the waffle sticking and breaking apart.

The stainless-steel design offers a modern and sleek look to your kitchen.

The Cuisinart WAF-F20 Waffle Maker creates deep, beautiful golden-brown pockets and a delicately crispy exterior. You’ll never want to eat a waffle anywhere else after you try this device.

My Review of the Cuisinart WAF-F20

I’m a professional cook who has been working in kitchens off and on for the past three years. Even when I am not at work, I still like to cook. I try to keep my kitchen at home stocked with quality products that work not only in a professional kitchen but my kitchen as well.

Where I am employed now uses a Cuisinart brand waffle maker for our chicken and waffle sliders. We never had a problem with it, so I decided to see if I could buy one for my home. As I said, I prefer professional grade products for my kitchen, so I knew that Cuisinart would provide me with just that.

I did a little research, and I happened upon the Cuisinart WMK600. After reading the reviews and knowing that Cuisinart is a company I knew I could trust, I bought one. I was surprised at how low the price was since it promised so many features.

The first thing I noticed about the product was the sleek, stainless steel design. I am partial to stainless steel because it is easier to clean and holds up a lot better in a kitchen, so I liked the model as soon as I opened up the device.

I did like the LED lights on the product as well. The lights let me know when the waffle maker was ready and when the waffles were done.

Now, let’s get to the important part, the waffles. The product produces inch thick waffles with deep pockets. I enjoy deep pockets on my waffles because I like to add a lot of butter and syrup. I was surprised by how delicate and crispy each waffle was.

Cleanup was pretty straightforward with no real big complications. The non-stick interior allowed for a wipe with a damp cloth, and it was ready to go. Now, I do have to say that there was some batter that got on the outside and that was a little more difficult to clean, especially on the hinges.

The waffle plates aren’t removable which would have probably helped a little, but overall the cleaning process was not bad at all.

Final Thoughts on the Cuisinart WAF-F20 Belgian Waffle Maker

The Cuisinart WAF-F20 is a high-quality, high-functioning product that delivers on all of its promises. The non-stick interior and the adjustable browning levels allow for a fast and evenly cooking delicious waffle.

The modern, stainless steel design offers a stylish look to your kitchen decor. The dimensions are small enough for you to store the device on your kitchen counter or in a cabinet. The product won’t take up too much space.

The beep feature, as well as the LED lights, make sure your waffles are cooked to perfection without much effort by you. The portion cup provides comfort in knowing that you won’t have to worry about cleaning up waffle batter from your kitchen counter.

Overall, if you are looking for an affordable, easy to use, high-quality waffle maker than the Cuisinart WAF-F20 is an excellent choice.

The Cuisinart Classic Round Waffle maker creates one large, deep-pocketed delectable waffle. The stainless-steel design offers a sleek, modern look to your kitchen. Unlike the WAF-F20 model, the Classic Round Waffle Maker only produces one waffle, but the waffle is large enough to feed up to two people.

What Makes the Cuisinart Classic Round Waffle Maker Special?

The Cuisinart Classic Round features five different custom control settings and a heavy lid that ensures perfect and even cooking. The different custom settings allow for five separate browning controls.

The product offers a non-stick interior, so you won’t have to worry about your waffle sticking to the plates. The waffle maker does not come with a drip pan, so use caution when filling up the waffle maker.

Thankfully the product does come with a measuring cup, so you do not have to worry about overflowing and causing a mess.

The Cuisinart Classic Round Waffle Maker comes with a regulating thermostat and indicator lights to let you know when your waffle maker is ready to bake as well as when your waffle is ready to eat.

This upright device has a strong base which allows for secure, compact storage.  The cord has a unique wrap-around feature, so you won’t have a tangle of cords in your kitchen.

Even though the product produces fluffy, delicious waffles, customers share that it does not offer the same deep pockets as the WAF-F20 device.

How Much Does It Cost?

The Cuisinart Classic Round Waffle Maker price ranges from anywhere from $29.99-$35.99. Even though the waffle maker is on the more affordable end of the price spectrum that does not mean you are losing any of the great features offered by Cuisinart and their products.

The waffle maker comes with a 3-year limited warranty.

My Review of the Cuisinart Round Classic Waffle Maker

Before buying the Cuisinart WAF-F20 model, I did a lot of research on the other models of waffle makers that Cuisinart offers. In my search, I happened upon a more affordable model in the Cuisinart Round Classic Waffle Maker. Much like the WAF-F20, the Classic Round provides a high-quality product that produces crispy, golden brown waffles.

I read a few customer reviews and found that this product rates high on ease of use and functionality.

Customers share that the maker creates perfect waffles with every use. The five custom control settings let each person set how dark or how light they want their waffles to be. The customizable parameters are excellent for a family with a little of different preferences.

After reading the customer reviews, I still wanted to know more about the product, so I put out a Facebook post promising a home-cooked breakfast if anyone had that model for me to try. I didn’t really think anything would come of it, but fortunately for me, a friend of mine had just recently bought the Cuisinart Round Classic Waffle Maker.

They were more than happy to let me come and try their waffle maker.

When I first saw the Cuisinart Round Classic Waffle Maker, I was impressed by its design. The design is sleek and modern just like the WAF-F20. The stainless-steel exterior makes for an elegant looking appliance.

Unlike the WAF-F20, the Classic Round Waffle Maker can only make one waffle at a time, but the waffles are enormous, so two people can easily share one.

One difference I found in the waffles made with the Classic Round Waffle Maker was that they were not as fluffy as those made with the WAF-F20.

But they were still just as delicious.

The waffles from the Classic Round Maker were crispier and a little thinner.  Even after buying the WAF-F20, I thought about buying the Classic Round Waffle Maker to have a little variety in my breakfast needs.

The Classic Round Waffle Maker comes with a red light that indicates when the waffle maker is ready to use and when it is ready to eat. I liked this function because I was so preoccupied with getting everything else ready for the brunch, that sometimes I forgot to check the maker.

Compared to the WAF-F20, the Classic Round is a little less high-tech but still provides easy to use functions and tasty waffles.

Final Thoughts on the Cuisinart Classic Round Waffle Maker

For those more budget-conscious consumers, this model is an excellent choice. It offers some of the great features of the higher priced brands but comes in a more affordable package. The model creates crispy, thin, big sharable waffles.

The cooking time is fast and clean-up is a breeze.

The red-light indicators and five customizable cooking functions provide you with a wonderful treat for your breakfast needs.

The Cuisinart Classic Round Waffle Maker is a high grade, great performing waffle maker that is priced perfectly for those who are trying to save a little money but still enjoy a nice waffle for breakfast.
